Hi, my name is Jessie. I obtained my B.A in Psychology from University of California, Los Angeles, and furthered my education with a Master of Social Work from New York University. My approach is to implement psychoanalytic modality with incorporations of cognitive behavioral therapy, through a strength-based lens, based on your unique concerns and needs. I value on cultural competency, diversity, and will be compassionate, genuine and supportive along the journey we will begin together.

I have experience working with a wide range of clients from diverse social backgrounds with a variety of presenting problems such as anxiety, depression, work stress, relationship difficulties, transitions, trauma, and other day-to-day challenges and struggles. I strive to create and maintain a safe and judgement-free space for you. Together, we will foster empowerment, self-confidence while exploring new behaviors or changes that will help you to move forward towards a more fulfilling life you desire.
