Sometimes you just want space to breathe, to speak without being rushed, to not have to explain everything right away. In therapy with me, you don’t need to have it all figured out. We slow down together. We pay attention to what’s often overlooked, the quiet pauses, the tension beneath the words, the parts of you that are asking to be heard.
You may be in a place of transition or uncertainty, wondering what’s next or how to care for yourself in a more honest, sustainable way. There may not be a clear path forward yet, and that’s okay. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers, but about making room to explore your questions with curiosity and care. That’s something we can do together.
If you tend to feel things deeply, think a lot, and sometimes feel worn down by your own inner noise, you’re not alone. We can look at patterns that keep you stuck, soften your relationship with yourself, and build more steadiness in how you move through the world. My background includes CBT, REBT and psychodynamic training—but at the heart of it, our work is relational. It’s thoughtful, collaborative, and guided by what matters most to you.

About Rosie
-
Life never came with a clear instruction manual on what to do or how to do it. I’ve been someone who likes to try different things, figure out what feels right, and keep exploring. It wasn’t until I took a mental health class that I really got curious about how the mental world works for us—that’s when this path started to take shape.
-
I believe therapy looks different for everyone, but with me, it usually starts by slowing down and getting curious about how you see the world—and yourself. I don’t rush to offer advice or tools right away. I rarely assign formal homework (and no worries if you don’t get to it!). Sometimes, I might gently invite you to notice things between sessions. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and warm. I work best with clients who are open to exploring, even if they’re not quite sure where to begin.
-
I tend to connect best with clients who are trying to figure out how to care for themselves—not just in theory, but in real, everyday ways. I see self-compassion not as a buzzword, but as essential work we all have to do at some point. Together, we look at how to set boundaries that actually stick, be a little kinder to ourselves, and find steadiness in the middle of life’s inevitable mess.
-
I don’t believe therapy always needs to be “deep” to be meaningful. Sometimes, it’s not about unraveling childhood wounds or chasing breakthroughs—but about having someone who listens, reflects, and helps you make sense of a regular Tuesday afternoon. More importantly, it’s about giving yourself that time—uninterrupted, intentional—to just be with yourself. I think therapy can be ordinary in the best way: steady, human, and quietly transformative.
-
What excites me most is how the mental health field is becoming more accessible, creative, and less stigmatized. I’m particularly drawn to how therapy is showing up in everyday spaces—through art, language, and even social media. This is something I didn’t see much of in my own upbringing, and watching it slowly emerge now feels both deeply personal and full of hope. I’m excited to be part of this shift toward a more human, curious, and compassionate way of supporting one another.
